THE METHOD OF PRINTMAKING
BY HAVA ZILBERSHTEIN
“This technique is the most suitable to express myself because of the character of the textures. In my works, I use figures of lines and stains in an abstract and vague environment.”
“After twenty years of art teaching, I preferred to devote myself to art only. Therefore, I have created my works in the last ten years by etching on zinc and aluminum plates. This technique is the most suitable to express myself because of the character of the textures. In my works,
I use figures of lines and stains in an abstract and vague environment.
My works have been represented eight times in individual exhibitions and more than thirty times in group exhibitions. In 2000, I was awarded the first prize in the “Pain” exhibition and contested with my work “Waves.”
