Scott Verchin is an independent business consultant based in New York. Scott is a 27-year veteran of the media and publishing industry. Throughout the course of his career, he has served such notable roles as Publisher of MUSEUMS magazine as well as Publisher of ARCHAEOLOGY magazine. In 2007, he helped launch BlouinArtinfo.com, a global source for art, artists and the business of art. Scott has also been
a Contributor to Art Market Magazine.
A lifelong patron of the arts, Scott has frequented art museums and galleries on five different continents. He hosted his first exhibition, BLACK & WHITE PAINTINGS, on
Long Island in 1989.
