“I was born in June 1963 in Marseille, France. I am a self-taught painter. I had developed my techniques throughout many travels and navigations to all four corners of the globe.
A breath of air swells the sails on the emerald sea, some curious or surprised fish come to break the mirror of the surface to observe us, some seagulls contemplate the scene while hovering, playing with the soft and warm breeze which comes to wrap our well being.
A slight movement cradles the hull which slides effortlessly on this immense sheet of liquid steel, the sky seems infinite, some soft and cottony clouds are walking on this canvas with multiple shades of blue. It was the moment where our thoughts gradually erased to disappear behind the curtain of earthly life. We observe we listen to its environment, the sounds of the ship that accompany us and transport us proudly. We feel in the deepest life that lives in us, the harmonious nature that surrounds us and penetrates us to the soul. It is good to sail, it is good to live. It’s a feeling of belonging to a whole. What our wonderful and abundant planet earth is, being one tiny part of infinite immensity. It is good to be out in the water, to sail, to let yourself be carried… To feel that it is simply good to be”.
After having bathed in different cultures, meetings, explorations, sensations, emotions, terrestrial or marine, who are part of me; after I had participated in feeding my soul; I returned to live in Avignon, the city where I come from.
Since childhood, I have always been attracted by artistic creations and especially painting and photography. I use different techniques, modifying surface aspects and using collage, resin, gold leaf, sand and natural materials. It’s was only recently that the desire to paint has overwhelmed me, and I started painting on canvas and various media in an abstract style – a universe offering me great freedom of expression and movement.

I paint in acrylic. my paintings are spontaneous, I let myself be guided by my imagination and my emotions. I try to make my artworks both powerful and soft using projected or posed colors.
I begin crafting all of my creations by laying a thick underlayer, structured or not. I then select the colors that I work within different ways to get the desired reflections.
In my paintings, I try to propose a visual harmony between the colors, the shapes and the effects of the materials.
Painting has become a real, essential need for me. I paint my emotions in a given moment.
I have the impression of being projected into another understanding of things – another frequency where the notion of time is no more.
They leave the deep reflection of my identity, it is an intuitive painting. It has been proven that the mind acts on its surrounding fluids, sovI work in the same state of mind when I make fluid paint, and this gives me surprising results each time.
Look at my paintings “Egyptian Secret” and “Wave” – they reflect one another… Is it a coincidence?
Art is light, and to perceive it, it must first be present in the artist.
