Lika Ramati is a Visual Artist and a fine art photographer. Ramati was awarded as a Gold List Artist in 2019 by
Art Market Magazine, the ‘Artist of the Year 2020’ by Art International Contemporary Magazine, Italy.
In addition, her work was featured in the international book of the ‘most influential Woman of the World’ by Monica Garg.
Her Artistic language has no limits, from street art large-scale new media artworks, art projects for public spaces, to international art exhibits at Art in shows and galleries worldwide. In addition,
her work is in many private collections worldwide.
Biophilia and the Goddess
The purpose of my Art is to impact our surroundings with energy that ultimately influences our lives. The energy I refer to is divine, Goddess-like, empowering, full of presence and comfort to our surroundings. For many years I studied and created images with the Divine feminine as my creative agenda. I refer to it as Divine energy because It’s eternal and stands the test of time. Furthermore, it awakens us to a broader awareness of nature, the world, our relationships with ourselves and with each other.
I’m in love with the concepts of womanly beauty, nature, and the power of the female. For me, Art is a way of expressing truth, translating my soul’s evolution in time and space, transforming energy into form and color. It’s an impulse, a life force, which I am drawn to pass forward. I’m playing with a process of dressing and undressing layers of my fantasy world, all with my original photographs.
As our culture becomes increasingly urbanized, humans have become disconnected from the forces and elements of nature and spirituality. The connection between The Mother goddess who is a personification of nature, motherhood, fertility, creation, the one who embodies the bounty of the Earth.
The Biophilia hypothesis is the idea that humans have an inherited need to connect to nature and other biotic forms due to our evolutionary dependence on it for survival and personal fulfillment.
