THE SERBIAN ARTIST LAURA TODORAN
The Serbian artist Laura Todoran tells the story of creation in a series of body shots in black and white. She uses sign language and creates whole sentences by hand. The initial sensation is described by a hand painted black holding a white hand. The creation of Adam is described by cracks in the skin like a desolate landscape. The image of Eve described as both white, obscure bodies touch and detached. Tree of knowledge created from branches (arms). The temptation is also described by the snake / hand.
